Features:
1.The drying speed is fast, and the surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased by centrifugal spray. In the high-temperature air flow, 95-98% of the water can be evaporated in an instant, and the drying time is only a few seconds.
2. Suitable for heat sensitive materials. Since the droplets flow in the co-current direction with the hot air, although the temperature of the hot air is high, the material will not overheat when the water evaporates.
3. Wide range of use. A large number of materials with very different physical properties are used for production. Such as polymers and resins; dyes, pigments; ceramics, glass; rust removers, insecticides; carbohydrates; dairy products; blood and fish products; fertilizers; organic and inorganic compounds; etc. Wait.
4. The product has good dispersibility, fluidity and solubility. This is due to the fact that the drying is completed in an instant, and the product can maintain even and fine particles.
5. Simplified production process and convenient operation and control. For a solution with a moisture content of 70-90%, it can be dried into a powder product at a time. Work principle
Air through filtering and heating, enter the hot air distributor which is at the top of spray dryer, hot air spiraling evenly into the drying chamber. Liquid through the high-speed centrifugal automizer which is at the top of drying chamber, (rotating) centrifugal spray into tiny fog droplet, then contact with the hot air flow, drying finish product in a very short time and whereabouts. Finished product output continuously between the drying tower bottom and cyclone separator, exhaust through dust catcher emptying by induced draft fan.
