2025 New Stainless Steel Plate Heat Exchanger Fully Welded Detachable for Milk Juice Cooling
The plate heat exchanger consists of a group of corrugated metal plates with holes in them, and heat transfer occurs between two fluids passing through these holes. The plate assembly is installed between a frame plate and a pressure plate, and is tightened by tightening bolts. The plates are equipped with sealing gaskets to seal the channels and guide the fluids alternately into the channels. The number of plates is determined by the physical properties of the flow rate fluid, the pressure drop and the temperature program. The corrugation of the plate promotes turbulence of the fluid and supports the pressure difference of the plate. It is used for cooling and heating other liquid food products, in-situ cleaning liquids and water, and pasteurization in some applications.
