Structure
The main structure of the machine is composed of feeding chain, cutter shaft sleeve, transmission device and cleaning device.
Chain: It is made of high strength groove plastic chain. It is beautiful, durable, easy to clean, and wear-resistant. It can adjust the speed according to the production situation.
Cutter: The cutter adopts alloy round blade, which has thin thickness, sharp, high hardness, wear resistance and ensures the neatness of the cutting surface to the greatest extent.
Sprockets and gears: Made of high strength nylon material, not only wear-resistant, but also very low noise, easy to maintain.
Bearing seat: This machine adopts the bearing seat made of cast aluminium, which ensures the manufacturing standard of the equipment to the maximum extent and is easy to maintain. At the same time, the operation stability of the equipment is improved.
Driving system and electrical appliances: The transmission system of this machine adopts an infinite speed regulating device,which can adjust the speed according to different production conditions. Working Principle
The machine relies on chain-oriented transmission to bring materials into the machine, while the high-speed rotating cutter cuts materials on one side. This machine has two inlet (outlet) ports.
