Product Description
Use and scope of application:

Equipment structure and working principle:
1. Structure:
The screw spindle is composed of front support, feed hopper, crushing, screw, filter screen, juicer, rear support and slag
discharge groove. The left end of the screw spindle is supported in the rolling bearing seat, and the right end is supported in the handwheel bearing seat. The motor drives the screw through a pair of triangular belt pulleys.
2. Working principle:
The main component of the equipment is that the bottom diameter of the screw increases gradually along the direction of the slagoutlet, while the pitch decreases gradually. When the material is propelled by the screw, the screw cavity shrinks, resulting inthe squeezing of the material.
The slag yield can be changed, but if the void is too small, under the strong extrusion, some slag particles will be extruded
through the filter together with the juice. Although the juice yield increases, the quality of the juice decreases relatively. The
void size should be determined by the specific process requirements of users.
Stainless steel spiral fruit and vegetable juicer is suitable for beating and separating fresh fruits and vegetables. Products
such as orange, grape, kiwifruit, mulberry, bayberry, peach (pitted) can be made into jam juice, which can separate the pit, seedand thin skin of fruit. Vegetable juice can also be made from green vegetables (cut off) tomato, pepper, celery (cut off).
