The intelligent smokehouse produced by Hongle Machinery is specially designed for the integrated processing of smoking, steaming and drying of meat, fish, sausage and other foods, and is suitable for large-scale food production enterprises. The equipment is made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, equipped with an intelligent temperature control system and a multi-stage program setting function, which can accurately control the density, humidity and temperature of smoke to ensure uniform color and pure flavor of the finished product. In view of the high temperature and high humidity climate characteristics of Vietnam, the equipment has specially optimized the moisture-proof and anti-corrosion process and energy-saving condensation technology to reduce energy consumption while ensuring continuous production stability, which fully complies with Vietnamese food hygiene and safety standards (such as HACCP certification requirements).
