The purple cashew special production line customized and developed by Hongle Machinery for Hainan food companies has officially been put into production. The production line adopts a PLC intelligent temperature control system to accurately control the baking temperature (adjustable from 50-200) to ensure that the cashews are golden in color and crispy and uniform; the seasoning link is equipped with a double-screw mixer, which supports multi-mode addition of powder and sauce, and the flavor penetration rate is more than 98%, meeting the diverse market needs.

1. Roasting machine


Adopting a multi-layer mesh belt hot air circulation design, it supports precise control of a wide range of temperatures from 50-200, adapted to the thin shell characteristics of purple cashews, and ensures uniform heating and no burning. The equipment has a built-in humidity sensor and automatic dehumidification system, which can adjust the baking environment in real time, retain the natural oil and crisp taste of cashews, and the stable production capacity matches the needs of the 500kg/hour assembly line.

2. Seasoning machine


Equipped with a double-screw mixing bin and atomizing spray device, it supports dual addition modes of powdered seasonings (such as salt, sugar, spices) and liquid sauces (honey, chili oil). The stirring shaft speed is adjustable (10-50rpm) to ensure that each cashew is evenly coated with seasoning, and the seasoning penetration rate is 98%. It is also equipped with a food-grade stainless steel easy-to-disassemble structure for easy cleaning and maintenance.

3. Classifier


Based on the optical sorting technology (CCD visual recognition) and the weight sensor, it can accurately remove broken, discolored or substandard cashews with a sorting accuracy of ±0.5mm. It supports 3-5 level size grading, adapting to different market needs such as snacks and gift packaging, and the sorting efficiency is synchronized to match the entire line's 500kg/hour production capacity.

4. Vacuum packaging equipment


Integrated with automatic metering filling and nitrogen replacement functions, it adopts a double-chamber vacuum packaging design, and the packaging speed can reach 25-30 bags/minute. The equipment is compatible with materials such as aluminum foil bags and transparent composite films, supports customization of multiple specifications from 250g to 5kg, and has a vacuum degree of 0.08Mpa, which effectively extends the shelf life of cashews and prevents oxidation and moisture. It also has an optional QR code traceability label printing module.
